We use the WhatsApp Business API specifically to provide real-time sales reporting and notifications to authenticated users. No marketing spam is initiated from this platform.
Data Handling & Consent
Purpose: Our WhatsApp integration is strictly for "Power BOT" sales notifications and system alerts requested via voice command (Alexa).
Opt-In: Users provide explicit consent by activating the Power BOT skill and requesting a message. We do not use "Template Messages" for unsolicited marketing.
Retention: Transactional data is processed in real-time. We do not store the content of WhatsApp messages on our servers beyond the transmission logs required for system debugging (max 30 days).
Third-Party: Data is transmitted via secure HTTPS protocols to Meta Business Cloud / Twilio API for final delivery.
